HOT TUB REPAIR

FIX-A-SPA is Oklahoma's best-rated hot tub repair service. Please review our company policies before booking a service call.

REPAIR RATES

We charge by the hour. Our labor rate is $149 per hour. We do not charge a trip charge. We charge $2 per mile, one way, for travel over 30 miles.

HOW A TYPICAL SERVICE CALL WORKS

TRIP 1 — DIAGNOSTIC VISIT

We will schedule an appointment and, with your approval, come to your home whether you are present or not. We will open the hot tub, remove the sides if necessary, diagnose the problem, and determine which repairs are needed. If the spa can be fixed on the first visit, we will complete the repair that day. If parts must be ordered, we will close the spa and send you a repair estimate for approval.

Once the estimate is approved, you will be billed for parts in advance. Parts usually ship to your home within two business days, and you will receive tracking information. The cost of parts is not included in labor.

TRIP 2 — THE REPAIR

After the parts arrive, we will schedule a return visit to complete the repair. Repair labor will be billed to the payment method kept on file.

PAYMENT

We do not accept personal checks. We accept credit cards, ACH, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle.

Full payment is expected within seven days after completion of the service call.

WARRANTY

Parts used during repairs are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty. Labor is not warrantied unless something we recently plumbed is leaking.

IMPORTANT SERVICE INFORMATION

A repair may require multiple trips, especially when the spa is leaking. When water is present in several areas, it may not be possible to identify every leak during one visit.

We do not stock every part. Most parts must be identified and ordered before a return visit can be scheduled.

WE SELL HOT TUB PARTS TO THE PUBLIC

We sell parts for do-it-yourself repairs and can help identify the correct part. We only install and warranty parts that we sell.

BUYING A USED HOT TUB?

Never buy a used spa unless you have personally seen it full of water and operating. Do not rely only on photographs or video.

INSPECTION SERVICE

For $50, we can inspect a hot tub in person before you buy it. For $25, we can schedule a video call and help you inspect it remotely.
